What to include
When reporting a sync issue, including the following gets you a faster fix:
- Your ShopFront outlet name and Shopify store domain.
- The approximate time the issue started (with timezone).
- Product SKU, ShopFront product ID, or Shopify product ID where relevant.
- Whether the issue is blocking sales, or cosmetic.
