Pricing
A small monthly base fee, plus a per-order rate that falls as your volume grows. No lock-in, no setup fee, and you only pay for orders we actually sync.
The plan
$16 USD per month, which includes your dedicated sync service, plus a per-order rate for online orders TrolleyRelay records into ShopFront:

The tiers are marginal, like tax brackets: each band's rate applies only to the orders inside that band, so your average cost per order falls as you grow.
A worked example
Say your Shopify store does 800 online orders in a month:
- Base fee: $16
- First 300 orders at $0.16: $48
- Remaining 500 orders at $0.10: $50
Total: $114 USD for the month.
What counts as a billable order
You are billed once per unique online order that TrolleyRelay successfully records into ShopFront. Retries, re-syncs, and failed or skipped syncs are never billed. In-store sales are never billed; they flow the other way.
How billing works
Prices are in US dollars. Australian merchants are billed the AUD-converted amount on their Shopify invoice. Charges are billed by Shopify and appear on your regular Shopify invoice; there is no separate TrolleyRelay invoice and we never hold your payment details. You can see your current cycle and manage your plan from the TrolleyRelay billing page inside your Shopify admin.
